Wonderful service from Benicia Plumbing. Patrick came out on our first call as our fairly new kitchen faucet had come loose from our initial installation 4 years ago by another company. Patrick had to cut out a wood segment beneath the countertop & the faucet still wouldn't seat properly. Patrick called the manufacturer and got the correct parts to be shipped at no cost to us and he & his supervisor, Errol, just completed the final installation today in a quick & efficient manner.

Our Bosch tankless water heater quit working and it was more than we wanted to spend to fix it so this nice guy named Doug from Benicia Plumbing came and explore all of our options. We decided to go back to a 40-gallon water heater. It involved moving gas lines and water lines plus ventilation. Doug was a professional in every sense of the job.
We contacted Benicia Plumbing on Monday, call them on Tuesday to let them know what we had decided to do and Wednesday Doug was here. Also want to thank Cheryl for also working on getting us scheduled quickly to install the water heater.
